Return Policy

At Sandshock, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants
  • custom or personalized items
  • personal care goods, such as beauty products
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • gift cards
  • sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
