We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Sandshock orders currently ship from Florida, USA.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100. For orders below $100, shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and seasonal demand. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States.

International shipping is not currently available unless clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Sandshock is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you before the order is shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Sandshock is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, if you experience a delivery issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
